Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder in Accounting or its equivalent
- At least 5 years accounting experience preferably in the garment industry
- Good command of written and spoken English or Putonghua speaking
- Good PC skills and knowledge in Quickbook Accounting System, ERP
- Mature, responsible and well organized
- Independently prepare full sets of books and financial reports
- Setting up of accounting report systems, filing system
- Preparing sales report, inventory report, management report & financial report
- Monitor daily & monthly cash position and arrange reports

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team in production, manage day-to-day operations of the factory
- Lead and provide technical expertise in maximizing production efficiency
- Plan and forecast whole production schedules
- Develop and implement operation systems, policies and production processes to maximize operational efficiency
- Monitor production and operations closely on quality with cost effectiveness
- Liaise with different departments to resolve production issues to ensure ontime delivery of quality products
- At least 10 years solid experiences at managerial level in apparel manufacturing industry
- Fluent in Mandarin & English
- Strong leadership, analytical mind, planning, organization and troubleshooting skill
